Brining tutu to life !

My Little Frankie was absolutely blown away when her tutu tube arrived. She thought it was literally magic that she had created this with her mind and brought it to life. Aside from the wonder aspect- the tutu itself is gorgeous quality. Not scratchy ! So soft and light and the waistband will ensure that it will grow while she does . Lots of years of twirling to come !! Thank you !!
