Tutu by You takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

- OMG I love it, but it doesn’t fit!! What can I do?!?
We will gladly offer you an exchange for the product you purchased, as long as the product you want is in stock and you are returning it within the above mentioned time frames. email us as soon as you realise you would like to swap your item and we can arrange the exchange for you.
- Did you receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Firstly - we are sorry. This should NOT have happened. Let us get this sorted for you ASAP. Please send us an email and explain what has gone wrong and we will get to work fixing it for you.
In the email, please ensure you provide us with your name, contact details, order number, details of the faulty item, and a description of the fault.
- Did you change your mind? Was it not quite what you wanted? It’s ok - we got you.
We get it. Sometimes something arrives not as you expected, and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in it's original condition, we accept returns- subject to the rules below. This means, you can’t have climbed a tree or created an artful masterpiece in your outfit before deciding it's not right for you.
If you would like to return an item and request a refund within 28 days of receiving it, we will happily give you a full refund for the items purchased (less postage costs) by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item, but this may vary depending on your bank.
If you would like to return an item within 29 to 45 days of receiving it, we will gladly give you a Tutu by You voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item (less postage costs). Unless stated otherwise, the above returns policy is applicable to both full priced and sale items.
- Let’s make this as easy as possible for us all.
Please ensure all garments are tried on with underwear! This allows us to process your refund quicker and without delay. If we are concerned about the state of a garment returned to us, in that we believe it to be damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will be in contact to discuss.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags. And yes - that means that awesome tube too!
- Your Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you keep a tracking number of the posted parcel.
